Ever feel so ravenous with hunger, that you could consume astronomical quantities of food? Well, let me try to quell that feeling the best I can with a tasty, healthy, filling, meal:
I don't always cook this gourmet, but sometimes it's necessary to mix things up, and get some solid nutrients into my body. Having a picnic table isn't necessary, but it is SO much easier.

Get some quinoa or your favorite pasta | | |
Dice up some garlic, onion, peppers, and anything else you want to throw in... like bok choy, broccoli, zucchin, etc |
Cook the quinoa or pasta |
Don't forget tomatoes if you have some |
A good jar of sauce. This is a Indian-style butter, curry sauce |
Sautee the veggies with some oil or butter |
Until a nice golden brown |
Stir in sauce and tomatoes to cooked veggies and you're done! |
Better representation of the color |
Warm quinoa smells great |
Add some salt and/or pepper if you like |
I had this jar since Whitehorse, and finally used it near Skookumchuck |
Will feed 2-3 people, or 1 hungry cyclist.
Enjoy!
